Worldesign Client:
In December 1993, Worldesign became a U.S. Advanced Research
Projects Agency (ARPA) contractor. Worldesign consulted on the
"Surgical Room of the Future," an ARPA-funded collaboration
between the Harvard Graduate School of Design, MIT, Massachusetts
General Hospital, Johnson & Johnson, SRI, and Northrop. Currently, it
is a member of the "Fused Reality System" Consortium organized and
led by the Bechtel Corporation.
