3. Everyone is an entrepreneur, with financial responsibility for what we are doing.

6. Proactive, not reactive - internally, not externally driven.

7. Lead, not follow: Always at the leading edge of process and product.

12. Our business is point of view.

13. Don't do anything unless we can do it better than everyone else.
